My opinion: Years ago, Joseph Stalin was asked how
he kept his people from revolting. He said not a word, but picked up a chicken,
and plucked it, as he held it close. After de-feathering the live bird, he
placed it on the ground, and walked away. The damaged and frightened bird
immediately walked toward him for protection and heat.
The world is being conditioned to behave the way
world leaders want us to behave when certain events and disasters occur in the
near future. Each time we experience a “False Flag” event, we lose another
feather [of freedom].
On 11.13.2013, our government will pluck some more of
our feathers. I’m positing that world bankers used a “False Flag” event in
Cyprus months ago to test the reactions of the populace. The Sandy Hook
Shooting was a planned “False Flag” event to confiscate our guns. The Boston Marathon
Bombing was a “False Flag” to see how easily we would give up our rights. ObamaCare has nothing to do with healthcare, instead it's about power. The
upcoming FEMA test on 11.13-14.2013 is designed to test us. Please note that Comet
ISON will pass by Mercury during those days, possibly causing Solar CME’s or frightening
weather events. Expect Earthquakes during these days, and the days following.

Professor James McCanney said that when Comet ISON
approaches Mercury on November 13-14 that Comet ISON will make Mercury form a
halo effect due to electronically activity as the planet responses to the
comet, and that this event may not be watched by North Americans because there
could be a potential power grid or blackout.
In a New York times article dated August 16, 2013
The North American Utility Reliability Corporation is planning a power drill
outage on November 13-14 called Grid Ex-II. This drill involves thousands of
thousands of utility workers, business executives, National Guard officers,
F.B.I. antiterrorism experts and officials from government agencies in the
United States, Canada and Mexico are preparing for an emergency drill in
November that will simulate physical attacks and cyberattacks that could take
down large sections of the power grid. They will practice for a crisis unlike
anything the real grid has ever seen, and more than 150 companies and
organizations have signed up to participate.
The first drill by The North American Utility
Reliability Corporation was in November 2011 (Grid Ex-I) and Comet Lovejoy was
approaching the Sun but this time Comet ISON will be closer and effect planets
in our solar system. McCanney said that the powers that may use the power grid
shut as a false-flag and create fear and prevent North Americans from
experiencing Comet ISON. What’s very interesting is that McCanney predictions
