Crows, Ravens, & Ouiji Boards: Run From Sozo-Based Healing!

The Zozo PhenomenaMy constant drum beat is that supernatural events are happening at an increased pace, and with increased power because we are entering the time where the Satan is given greater exousia (power!). As I am gathering more proof that we’re entering the Fourth Seal of Revelation, you should begin to notice a supernatural awakening of the ungodly to do their respective tasks. What is occurring should be obvious based upon this passage.

When he broke the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living being say, “Go!” I looked, and there in front of me was a pallid, sickly-looking [green] horse. Its rider’s name was Death, and Sh’ol followed behind him. They were given authority [exousia-greater Voodoo power!] to kill [by the rhomphaia sword] one-quarter [1.75 billion] of the world by war, by famine, by plagues and with the wild [people or] animals [Greek Therion, read: microbes or Zombies] of the earth. Revelation 6:7-8 (CJB)

Today’s topic is about a very deceptive spirit called Sozo, commonly known as the demon of Ouija Boards and crows, blackbirds, and/or ravens, that has infiltrated charismatic healing rooms. Although the healings may be real, the source for the healings may be satanic. I have problems with the people pushing it and the techniques they use. And there seems to be real crow attacks against those that expose this demon. So, why is Charisma Magazine promoting this cult?

Dawna DeSilva, a member of Bethel Church, began Sozo Ministry there after adding "tool sets" from Dr. Ed Smith of Theophostic [read: Madame Blavatsky, Aleister Crowley, Satanism, New Age] Prayer Ministry and from scientist Aiko Hormann of Aiko Hormann Ministries. Within a year, churches from around the globe had received training from DeSilva and the IBSO.

I was trained as a sozo minister under a local prayer and healing room that I had been a part of for several years. I administered this process to a number of people and I also went through my own sessions. I can attest these sessions can be quite powerful. I also underwent another type of prayer taught at Bethel, but the name escapes me, which was every bit as powerful as sozo.

I was amazed at the amount of visions which occurred during these sessions, and the presence of that spirit that even invaded my dreams and thoughts during the days surrounding these sessions – the messages that came so quickly that I could barely write them out, often resorting to sketching – a new thing for me – in that effort to capture all that truth being revealed. This was often the occurrence whether it be my own sessions or that of another person I got these messages and visions! We were in awe of the power!

If you have contacted an entity that refers to itself as Zozo you are not alone. Hundreds of people across the world have reported contact through Ouija Boards, Pendulums and Auto Writing sessions. The phenomena remains a mystery. In the ancient Basque language the word Zozo is defined as "blackbird or crow." Darren Evans

"The name has come up time and time again in my investigations." John Zaffis (Respected field demonologist and Haunted Collector)

"This is the craziest thing I have ever heard." Steven LaChance (Haunted Survivor and Author)

"Zozo appears to cause psychological problems, poltergeist activity, and the ability to linger around in the physical world." Rosemary Ellen Guiley (Paranormal Researcher and author of over 50 books including "Ouija Gone Wild.")

The weird part is they say that zozo or sozo has some kind of connection with "crows" after looking into it that day the strangest thing happened which never happened before, I had a crow go to my skylight and violently tap on the skylight on the roof, seemed like it wanted to get in. The crow seemed crazy. Eric W.

ZOZO is thought to be a demon who has been documented since the early 1800s. However, once people began using Ouija boards ZOZO began to show itself more and more frequently. Apparently there are other Z named entities with ZOZO being the most prevalent. This alleged demon is said to attach itself to certain unlucky individuals who venture into it’s domain. Some claim ZOZO will go to any length to trick its naive callers. Scott McMan

Theophostic Prayer:  founded in 1996 by Ed Smith, a Southern Baptist pastor in Campbellsville, KY, who had to adjust his inner healing ideas and pull his suspect training manuals off the market (although he formerly claimed they were revealed by God). This was due to the theological and legal challenges he faced when False Memory Syndrome (FMS) was occurring with clients. Yet, the original hypnotically suggestive approach used in Theophostics is now resurfacing in many evangelical churches and organizations disguised as “Sozo Prayer.”

It’s a crucial time for God’s people when theological thoughts are being distorted by Theophostic thoughts, where a victim mentality is fostered by emphasizing a need for inner healing of memories and self-esteem boosting rather than the need to be humbled under the mighty hand of God, leave the past behind, take up one’s cross and follow Jesus. But in an attempt to Christianize a man-made system based on false psycho-therapeutic theories of memory, Theophostic thought is invading Christendom under the guise of “Sozo Prayer.” Like all other occult practices, sozo sessions require mental passivity in order to seek truth experientially through guided imagery, visualization and spirit encounters, which is why “Soaking Prayer” (last month’s topic) is commonly used in preparation for sozo sessions. Human mediators are also required, who facilitate “visions of Jesus” so He can supposedly “speak into the pain” to help people forgive the past. But in reality this is where “experiential truth” subtly begins to replace gospel truth and the authority of Scripture.

Recently, a visitor to TruthForFree.com shared a concern with me about a new “deliverance/inner-healing” ministry out there called Sozo. I did a little research and it appears that this new ministry fad (which is reminiscent of the TheoPhostic counseling program mixed with Toronto Blessing phenomena) is starting to become more and popular among a lot of church groups.

In years past I was myself involved with the Toronto Blessing movement and deliverance programs like Cleansing Stream so I am sensitive to these influences. I’ve also researched and known folks that have gotten involved with TheoPhostic counseling so I am very aware of the dangers in this movement as well. Bits of all of these programs are present in Sozo (including involvement with and endorsement by a number of religious leaders that I would personally consider dangerous), which only confirms to me that there really is nothing new under the sun.

Description of Sozo from official website: The Sozo ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry in which the main aim is to get to the root of those things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Thus with a healed connection with Father, Son and Holy Spirit you can walk in the destiny to which you have been called.

Sozo is an inner healing/deliverance ministry Sozo is simple, fast, Spirit led and effective Sozo finds issues in minutes instead of years Sozo helps heal your relationship with God to enable you to fulfill your destiny

My opinion: Who is behind Sozo Healing? First it was Madame Blavatsky and Aleister Crowley, noted Satanists. Their motto: Their is no religion higher than truth.

In accordance with the Theosophical spirit, most Theosophists regard Truth as a prize to be striven for, not as a dogma to be imposed by authority. They hold that belief should be the result of individual understanding and intuition rather than mere acceptance of traditional ideas, and that it should rest on knowledge and experience, not on assertion. Truth should therefore be sought by study, reflection, meditation, service, purity of life, and devotion to high ideals. See more at: https://www.theosophical.org/about-us

Today, Bill Johnson of Bethel Church Redding CA, Patricia King of Extreme Prophetic, Todd Bentley of the Toronto Blessing, Katie Souza, and many more false teachers are preaching Theosophical Prayer and Sozo Healing. Run from them too!

Shalom!
